Global Air Charters is actively seeking highly motivated, customer-orientated GIV/GV Captains to join our growing team of leaders focused on safety, service, and operations.

The essential responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensure the aircraft is operated in accordance to all applicable federal aviation regulations and other regulatory agencies.
• Maintain all personal licenses, certificates, and training
• Responsible for assisting in dispatching and commanding aircraft
• Assure that all required equipment, documents, and certificates are aboard the aircraft prior to dispatch
• Monitor weather conditions en route that may affect the flight, i.e., destination weather, wind conditions, fuel supply, alternate airports, air traffic, etc.
• Inform scheduling/dispatch of his/her place of contact, arrival and departure times, and passenger manifest changes
• Work directly with clients/customers to schedule flight times, set agenda, discuss special needs, etc.
• Know and adhere to all security procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• 4000 hours of total flight time
• 1000 hours turbine time
• Gulfstream experience recommended
• Previous FAA 135 experience recommended
• International operations recommended
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must be accessible by phone 24/7 except on scheduled days off.

This is a home-based position.
