What makes GAC stand apart from other private charters?
The people. I’ve worked with some of the team members when I was part of other companies, and they’re a professional bunch. I was very excited to join GAC because I want to be around the best people in the industry.
In your opinion, what qualities make a good charter salesperson?
Knowing the market and following it closely. Recognizing what your fleet is capable of and making sure every trip is in accordance with the rules and regulations. Being energetic and a good team member, because you’re constantly communicating with other people to ensure clients reach their destination safely. A good charter salesperson continually strives to build rapport with charter brokers and maintains it through honest and transparent work.
What’s your favorite thing about working for GAC?
The culture. From day one, every team member has been friendly and welcoming.
What do you like to do when you aren’t on the job?
I like to fly solo around Long Island in a Cessna 172 or whatever I can put my hands on and go cloud surfing. Most importantly, I really enjoy spending time with my son and girlfriend in Montauk.
What motivates you to do the best on the job?
Being amongst people who know more than me, and genuinely learning from them.
What do you enjoy most about your position?
It’s a constant grind. You never know what to expect. Some days, it’s quiet, and some days, it’s downright chaotic. But with each trip, you’re learning something new, and each trip brings new challenges to overcome, which makes you feel good once the trip is complete. Ultimately, my relationship with our clients keeps me interested in this business.

What is your favorite travel destination?
Jackson Hole, Wyoming. I love nature and exploring new places there — especially Yellowstone.
