Global Air Charters occasionally has availability on empty legs, which occur when a customer flies one-way on one of our private jets, and the “empty leg” refers to the airplane flying back to the originating airport to start a new flight or to accommodate another flight without booked passengers.
In addition, sometimes an empty leg flight, also sometimes called a “dead-head” flight, can be diverted en-route to its location to pick up a passenger going to the same ending location. Empty legs can be on light jets, mid-sized jets or heavy jets.
Global Air Charters track empty legs and pass the savings onto travel-savvy customers. We also keep a running inventory of upcoming empty leg opportunities and email them to interested fliers.
